Four WRC rounds, three good results and seventh in the drivers classification at the end of the year: This is the positive balance of a year with a minimal programme for Mitsubishi, whom he hands a third place at the New Zealand round. Disappointing however is the result at the Monte: Armin Schwarz clearly leads the WRC round when he hits snow that spectators had shovelled onto the road in the Burzet stage and loses precious time.
